no adverse event. Patient was only given the diluent part of the Pentacel vaccine. The diluent was never mixed with the powder vial. Nothing happened to baby. When doing inventory, I caught mistake and notified provider as well as the patient's mother and she is bringing patient back in on 6/8/2023 for repeat Pentacel Vaccination.
