Symptomtext
**Kinrix (Dtap was the 5th dose & IPV was the 4th dose)** The following Sx started about 10 minutes after vaccines were given: Patient started c/o eye pain (like sun was in his eyes), his mother then noted his eyes were red and lids were puffy, his nose was swollen and lips were swollen, Patient was starting to wheeze when they returned to our office. He was speaking and swallowing normally no stridor, Lungs Normal effects but he has diffuse wheeze. TREATMENT: Mother had given 37.5mg of Diphenhydramine before returning to our office, No resp distress. Patient was given a FULL dose of albuterol nub.
