Symptomtext
Started at 1 am with chills, followed by 38.3 temperature. At 3 AM, fever sank to 37.4 and tachycardia with up to 125 bpm began. Blood pressure 160/74. Rash covered face and neck. Treated with Aconitum D30 (homeopathic medicine), lowered pulse rate to the 90's. Still suffered orthostatic peaks of 125. With stable higher blood pressures of 145/80, at 6 AM took 1,25 mg bisoprolol. This took the pulse down to the 80's. Orthostatic elevated pulse continued throughout the day and into the evening. In the evening, normal blood pressure, pulse and temperature. Rash was gone.
