Symptomtext

Numbness on complete R arm and R lower extremity especially the calf, foot. Ambulation was possible but slower than usual. Walking and continuing activity as usual appeared to help. The numbness did not start improving until the 5th day, first resolved in the arm. The numbness continued in the lower extremity, there was slight improvement progressing from the 5h day and resolving by the end of the 9th day. This adverse reaction was not reported to my Nurse Practitioner until the next visit possibly in January 2020. I do not recollect that we went into any of the details mentioned here. Only my concern that I would not be able to receive the flu vaccine again. I do not recollect that there were notes taken to include in my chart.
