Flu shot reaction, "loss of feeling in right hand" Visable skin irratation and bruising ongoing since 1/7/21 noted on 1/28/21 in medical chart. Patient seen again on 3/9/21 - "Has noticed ongoing numbness/tingling in R arm, specifically in R hand in a glove distribution. Intermittent and less frequent than it was before. Pins and needles in R hand after surf trip last week." Is improving so will wait and see. Home PT prescribed along with NSAIDS.
