Symptomtext

10/28/20 Left shoulder and arm have been sore. The spot where my flu shot was given has continued to be extremely tender and sore. It is also VERY painful to raise my arm to the side even a small amount. I can raise it forward without difficulty. At times during the day and especially at night pain will shoot down my arm into my fingers. I'm trying not to use my shoulder/arm and am taking ibuprofen. Order PT for ROM/Pain

Symptomtext

On 12/30/2020, patient received Pediarix and Flu vaccines in her LLE and Prevnar in her RLE. In the LLE patient developed what appears to be an abscess that developed shortly after vaccination. In the left thigh has grown slightly and draining what appears to be non odorous yellow discharge. Wound culture was obtained and sent to the lab. In the RLE, patient developed a similar but smaller mass. Sit e is red but there is no drainage. Patient has no fever, no chills, changes in appetite or behavior. She is slightly uncomfortable when either lesion is palpated, left greater than right, despite persistent warm compresses, the left thigh continues to have purulent drainage.
