I passed out, stopped breathing, my lips turned blue, and my blood pressure went up. (I also had the flu shot at the same time)

Symptomtext

Numbness on complete left side of body. No strength problem and no weakness just jump. Bottom of left foot has pins and needles. Left side of have including left side of lips and tip of tongue numbness. 30 minutes after shot the numbness started on the tip of tongue and lips and then woke up next morning and whole left side of body was topically numb to touch. Now 3 days post shot and slight numbness moving to right side of face and arm.

Symptomtext

Began having pain in L sacral area and L hip which radiated to foot. Pain spread to R sacral area and radiated down to right foot. Had spasms, severe muscle pain in both legs. Pain not relieved by Tylenol, Motrin, heating pad or rest. Was unable to walk without holding onto wall. Lasted for 5-6 days.

Symptomtext

Patient reported on 10/8/21, symptoms of pain and redness at injection site as well as swelling of the lymph node underneath the armpit of injection arm. She was informed that pain and redness at injection site is a typical adverse effect and that swelling of lymph node could be a sign of the body's immune response. Patient reported on 10/9/21, that swelling of lymph node had improved somewhat, but was still present.

Employee was given a flu shot 11/29/21. He came in requesting flu shot, filled out a written consent, discussed with me he was here for flu shot, I went through written consent with him and administered the above flu vaccine. When I was giving him his flu vaccine sticker for his name badge I noticed he had one that stated 2021/2022. When I questioned him he said I thought this was a Covid booster. When I reviewed his online employee health chart I saw he received a flu shot on 9/29/21.

Hyperacusis Hypoacusis Tinnitus

Symptomtext

Recipient experienced bilateral auditory sensitivity, painful hearing, tinnitus, difficulty hearing certain sounds and was extremely sensitive to other types of sounds beginning the day after the vaccination. Recipient subsequently consulted an ENT physician, was referred for a hearing test and began a course of steroids. Steroids did not improve the condition. Recipient also received reiki treatment, which improved the condition somewhat. Recipient continues to wear earplugs, as needed, but continues to experience sensitive hearing to some sounds and difficulty hearing other sounds, now greater than 6 weeks after the onset of symptoms.
