Symptomtext
Two hours after flu shot, said was hard to breathe and was holding his chest. Throat clearing. Hives all over body (I reviewed pictures and agree these were hives). Benadryl given. Called EMS. To ER. Symptoms improving when arrived, but not gone. Given Dexamethasone and monitored for 2 hours. Epi not given. The following day, he had a large erythematous macule partially surrounding the area where the shot had ben given, with small raised pale bumps scattered throughout that macular area.
