Alert and oriented to self place and month. Upper strength grips equal bilateral. Able to follow commands. HR 54, BP 80/40 resp 20 o2sat 97 and temp 98.2. Recheck after at 09:30 bp 98:58 hr 70 resp 20. Assist to set up offered apple juice and conversing appropriately with the staffs. At 09:42 HR 93 sat at 98%z 09:45 mom arrived to pick up the patient.
