Begining on 10/12 I began feeling a tingling on left eyelid. The following 2 day developed small lesions. I had had a previous Shingles outbreak in the same area years before with significan post heptic pain. I was traveling but went to an urgent care clinic as advised by my home physician. I was positively diagnosed with shinlges and given Valacyclovir.

Reports about 1 week later noticed a swollen "lump" along with some achiness in Rt. shoulder, really hurts when lays back in recliner. HCP told him that the swelling was lymph node which swelled due to vaccine and that he has arthritis in his joint which was irritated by vaccine.

Bleaching of my skin at the injection site, immediately after the injection. ( I noticed it when I removed the bandage that night) A white spot or non-pigmented spot that might otherwise look like a scar, no pigmentation, or freckles that are otherwise in that area. The area is about 1 inch tall by 1/2 inch wide directly surrounding the injection point. A pharmacist I saw at store who administered my recent Covid booster shot, one month later, said he had never seen anything like this and that I should report it as an adverse event to the vaccine. Any research I did following the shot did not imply any similar reactions except for redness around the site.

My wife tested positive for COVID-19 on 11/02/2022. On 11/07/2022, I tested positive for COVID-19. She had more severe symptoms than I did. I experienced almost no symptoms. I had a slightly stuffy nose and was slightly fatigued but that only lasted a few days. On 11/09/2022, I called my doctor's office to request a prescription for PAXLOVID. He approved the prescription, and I began taking it that same day and continued for the suggested 5 days. On 11/13/2022, I then tested negative for COVID-19.

No reaction to vaccine. However, while clerk was going thru remits (12/19/2022( it was found that this patient had received 2 FLU shots this flu season. The first FLU shot was given during a drive thru flu clininc on 09/27/2022. The second flu shot was given in side the clinic on 11/18/2022.All of this information was relayed to the patient and he was let known that he did not need any more FLU shots this flu season.
