Pt arose to get ready for work at 6:30 in the morning and didnt feel well. She went to get ready for work and went to bathroom and became dizzy and passed out. Mom and dad came in and mom became dizzy as well and passed out. Pt, mom and dad went to ER.

Pain started subsiding today, October 17, 2022. Chronic pain in hands and right shoulder worsened. On October 17, extreme itching in legs and feet. Put antihistamine cream on the. Symptomtext

Patient complained of tingling pain in the arm about 20 minutes after vaccination. She then complained of chest pain and trouble breathing in the next next hour. Patient was recommended to visit the ER. She received care at the hospital and was given Nitroglycerin, IV Bendaryl, Zofran and Pepcid. EKG was run. ER said it was probably a reaction to the vaccine and discharged her with instructions to stay hydrated.

Patient should have received Pfizer COVID bivalent orange cap 10ug 0.2mL. Patient was administered Pfizer COVID bivalent grey cap 30ug 0.2mL. Mom was informed. Mom reported patient has not shown any type of reaction or symptoms as of 10/17/22. 4 days after administration.
