Patient had vaccine on 9/11/23 and woke up to a rash all over body, including face. Patient describes rash as small, flat, red and itchy spots. Patient was seen at a walk-in clinic and treated with hydroxyzine and cetirizine on 9/22/23. Still has not resolved as of 9/25/23. Going to see provider/physician on 9/26/23.
