Symptomtext
At home several hours later patient was found unconscious on the floor of his room. He roused with stimulation, but was confused and unsteady. When EMT got there he had stable vital signs and normal blood sugar, and was returning to baseline. When I spoke with mom a couple hours after that he seemed completely fine, other than a petechial rash around his right eye. There were no witnesses to him losing consciousness, it is unclear if this was syncope, or if he had had a seizure and was post-ictal.
