2 hours after vaccines right side of face started tingling. It got worse thoughtout the day leading to right side of face paralysis pain and numbness. Red patch on shot puncture. Went to Dr the day after and started Prednisone treatment which got extended for over 15 days.. Further sight loss still active and strong headaches. Recently received neurology visit and got prescribed an MRI brain scan with contrast and immunology allergy test. Had a flu shot my entire life in different countries. Sight loss currently affecting everyday life.

Symptomtext

After giving both vaccines in each arm. Pt went to have a seat in the waiting area, moments later the person with him came to the pharmacist window and stated they were fainting. I went out and assessed and they did seem pale but were coherent and lucid and stated they were not having trouble breathing and did not want to be administered an epipen. I stood by observing and gave some candy and water the pharmacy had and they started improving within 30 minutes. They stated they previously had a phobia of needles and were not sure if they had completely overcome the phobia yet. I suggested emergency services and they declined insistently.

Fall Loss of consciousness Pallor Syncope

Symptomtext

Patient was nervous for shot and also did not eat that day. He received shot and was in counseling room still when fell back to the wall and he fainted. His mom was there and caught him. no Injuries present. He looked pale but regained consiousness immediately. We had patient lay down for a few minutes. He felt better and we gave him some water. The parents stayed with the patient afterwards in the pharmacy to make sure he was ok for about 25-30 minutes. He was fine and the parents felt good to leave.

Patient is our employee and she works as Medical Assistant. She received Fluzone Quad at 0850 on 10/11/2023. She continue to work her whole 8 hour shift. After work, she states, she went to the gym. After gym, around 10:30, while driving she started to have chest pain and shortness of breath. Per patient, went to ER and arrived around 11:00 PM. She went to ER. She states, EKG, blood works, chest x-ray were normal except for low potassium, and elevated WBC. Per patient, they said symptoms were adverse reaction of the flu vaccine. She was discharged from the hospital at around 3:30 AM 10/12/2023. No medication was prescribed. She also complaint of cough post vaccine. Patient denies redness, bleeding, warmth on the injection site; fever, chills, nausea, vomiting.

Lips swelled turned blueish in color, whole body became itchy, broke out in hives went to ER, was given Prednisone and then Benadryl at home, returned to PCP the next morning for a Rx of Prednisone and more Benadryl very mild URI without fever and "felt good". Has had flu vaccine 11 years in a row. Last COVID vax 5/22. No other known allergies or anything else new in the date of incident. Still persistent hives Day 4 with Benadryl and Prednisone. Added Zyrtec and ranitidine Day 2/3/4

Symptomtext

Within 10 minutes of receiving the vaccine patient was feeling dizzy and light headed. We gave her a juice and pretzels. She had a few pretzels and then began complaining of throat tightening/feeling congested. She started to get a rash on her neck, sides of face, and down her back. (ARNP) gave her a shot of 25mg Benadryl. After about 15 to 20 minutes patient gave another dose of Benadryl. We waited at our location until 4:45 pm and then I (Office Manager) drove her to our local urgent care. Urgent care observed her for 30 minutes and then sent her home. She is doing well.

Pt had a flu vaccine on 09/27/23 @ 16:00. Approx. an hour after vaccine staff member stated to feel euphoric, experienced intense dizziness, and visions of bright trailing lights, when turning his focus from (R) side to (L) side at 04:00 experienced severe diaphoresis clothing and bed were completely saturated. He then vomited x2. Feeling as if he had the worst hangover he has ever had. The next 24 hours consisted of elevated temperatures instantly following any consumption of food. Staff member had been educated at time of vaccine re: reporting adverse s/s.

Employee noticed local itching and some redness and developed a small clear fluid blister with a few smaller raised blisters in area. Determined was around the Heplisav B site. Had used three different bandaids to differentiate which one was which. Applied coolness to site and told to not scratch/open blister.

She received a Flu shot at my office on 9/7/2023 She then went to pharmacy to receive her RSV in opposite arm on 9/7/2023. The following day she developed a fever. A couple days later, on 10th about 11 pm, she developed blisters all around her mouth The blisters were persistently active for 4 days and filled with bloody material On 9/15/2023, She has had them starting to heal and they are scabbed over Multiple blisters on bilateral mouth Painful She has had fatigue and malaise since the fever started She came into medical facility on 9/15/2023 for a well exam and told Dr about the incident. at that time photos were taken of her lips and top of mouth The lips had multiple scabbed areas in the region of the vermilion border but she also had dry blood streaked on her tongue as well as mucosal blood in the roof of her mouth. No petechia. She was not feverish but she was feeling fatigued. Dr called her on 17th to clarify history elements and learned that she is still feeling poorly She will return to the office on Monday for labs
