Vaccine error - asymptomatic 48 hours after. Immunization for flu shot (unknown type/brand) was given at PCP office 10/13/23 and a 2nd (SECOND) flu shot (fluzone quadrivalent) was given at pharmacy. Individual was present for Covid 2023 series shot. No clinical symptoms presentation at this time, assessed by RN Case manager on evening of 10/30/23, provider notified via phone, did not request office visit as individual asymptomatic will continue to monitor.
