Symptomtext
Client presented to the office, "My flu vaccine was administered too high." Left shoulder, arm pain and stiffness upon awakening the following morning, October, 3 2023. Client states, "I initially could not move my arm." Client gained limited range of motion back over the week with slight improvement in pain and stiffness. Client started home exercises after 1 week, applied ice for comfort with minimal improvement. Continues to experience constant pain in left upper arm to elbow, pain will radiate to hand at times. Intermittent tingling of left hand on top and to the fingers.
