Received COVID booster vaccine 10/12/23, flew 10/18/23 with return trip home 10/27/23. Took 10 mg rivaroxaban tablet 1 hour to each flight for VTE prophylaxis. Noted left leg pain 10/29/23. Underwent Ultrasound 11/3/23. Findings: Acute thrombosis of 2 branches of the left gastrocnemius vein. Otherwise, no acute DVT of calf veins.. Started treatment with rivaroxaban 15 mg bid with meals X 21 days, then 20 mg daily with a meal thereafter. Prior vaccine history was Pfizer COVID vaccine 11/9/21, 1/18/21 and 12/28/20. I got up out of bed at approximately 2am and almost fainted. While standing my legs especially and whole body started feeling very heave and my vision became black. I was able to find a chair a few steps away and sit down. My heart raced for a couple minutes and I started profusely sweating where my arm was very wet to the touch. After I few minutes of sitting with my head in my hands I felt better and was able to make it back to bed. Research of these symptoms make me think it was a near episode of vasovagal syncope. Prior to this I also had chill starting around 9:30pm and then was very hot for 8-12 hours starting at approximately midnight.

MI Ft very dizzy th morning after the shot . I had a slight headache in my left temple. I then blacked out and fell to the floor. I do not remember falling , and becoming conscious while on the floor. I have no idea how long that I was there before waking.. I had a slight bruise to the back of my head.This happened only once.

The evening of the vaccine andthe next day, I had the typical symptom of slight headache, sore arm, tiredness that I have had with all my prior Moderna Covid vaccines. (My prior Moderna vaccine was May 2023). On Day 3, I started getting a terrible throbbing headache that was debilitating. I also had pain in my shoulder, neck and upper back. I took 2 extra strength Tylenols and the severe pain improved, but I still had a low grade headache. The body aches improved. However from this day forward until Day 6, the severe headache came back immedialty after the Tylenol wore off. I was taking Tylenol 24/7 and not sleeping much, waking up with headache pain. I tried a heating pad on my shoulder, neck and back but that did not help. On Day 6 (Saturday 10/28), my PCP told me to go to the ER and get a Head CT Scan to see what was going on. At that point I was still taking 2 Extra strength Tylenol every 6 hours 24/7. I went to the ER and got a CT Scan with and without contract (results below). I was treated with 10mg of Dexamethasone (Decadron) and sent home. I have not had a sever hadache and this is Day 7. Diagnosis- Migraine without status migrainosus, not intractable, unspecified migraine type

Extreme pain in my left arm which started almost immediately after injection s were given. I have been unable to move my left arm due to the pain. Shots to my left arm were administered on a Friday afternoon and am still experiencing pain on Sunday. There was only slight pain in my right arm at the injection site where the COVID shot was given. I have been taking Tylenol but experienced fever of 100.8 on Saturday night.

The pharmacist states that it looks like Keloids; About 2 weeks ago while showering the patient noticed redness on the Spikevax injection site on the left arm; This spontaneous case was reported by a pharmacist and describes the occurrence of INJECTION SITE SCAR (The pharmacist states that it looks like Keloids) and INJECTION SITE ERYTHEMA (About 2 weeks ago while showering the patient noticed redness on the Spikevax injection site on the left arm) in a 60-year-old female patient who received mRNA-1273.815 (SPIKEVAX 2023-2024) (batch no. 8058492) for COVID-19 prophylaxis. Co-suspect product included non-company product RSV VACCINE for an unknown indication. The patient's past medical history included Keloid scar (Keloid scar after surgery in the past (Date Unknown).) and Surgery (Keloid scar after surgery in the past (Date Unknown)). Concomitant products included INFLUENZA VACCINE for an unknown indication. On 28-Oct-2023, the patient received dose of mRNA-1273.815 (SPIKEVAX 2023-2024) (unknown route) 1 dosage form and dose of RSV VACCINE (unknown route) 1 dosage form. In December 2023, the patient experienced INJECTION SITE SCAR (The pharmacist states that it looks like Keloids) and INJECTION SITE ERYTHEMA (About 2 weeks ago while showering the patient noticed redness on the Spikevax injection site on the left arm). Patient receives other vaccines in the 4 weeks prior to COVID-19 vaccine. Patient receives RSV Arexvy in the left arm 1 inch below the Spikevax injection site. 3-day headache, fever, chills, body aches for 2 days, swelling pain and rash extending from injection site in a band around my arm toward lymph node only fading on Sunday following jab on Tuesday, tired and feeling wrung out. Arm is still slightly sore today, 7 days after. Tylenol only to treat. This is my 4th Moderna vaccine (1 Pfizer). Side effects worsen with each dose. Possibly I'm developing an allergy to some component of this vaccine. My next one will be Pfizer.

felt like I had a bladder infection; This spontaneous case was reported by a patient and describes the occurrence of CYSTITIS (felt like I had a bladder infection) in a 71-year-old female patient who received mRNA-1273.815 (SPIKEVAX 2023-2024) (batch no. 8058492) for COVID-19 prophylaxis. The patient's past medical history included Knee replacement in September 2023. On 16-Nov-2023 at 5:00 PM, the patient received dose of mRNA-1273.815 (SPIKEVAX 2023-2024) (unknown route) 1 dosage form. In November 2023, the patient experienced CYSTITIS (felt like I had a bladder infection). The patient was treated with AMOXICILLIN for Bladder infection, at an unspecified dose and frequency. At the time of the report, CYSTITIS (felt like I had a bladder infection) had not resolved. For mRNA-1273.815 (SPIKEVAX 2023-2024) (Unknown), the reporter did not provide any causality assessments. No concomitant medications were reported. Reported that after administration of vaccine patient felt like she had a bladder infection and took left over Amoxicillin.
