low grade fever; sore throat; Rash; headache; cold sore outbreak; This is a spontaneous report received from a contactable reporter(s) (Consumer or other non HCP). The reporter is the patient. A 30-year-old female patient received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2), on 16Dec2021 as dose 3 (booster), single (Lot number: 7J8762) at the age of 29 years intramuscular, in left arm for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history included: "Hodgkin's Lymphoma", start date: 01Oct2013, stop date: 01May2014; "ABVD treatment" (unspecified if ongoing), notes: ABVD treatment, 6 cycles; "Biopsy surgery", start date: Oct2013 (unspecified if ongoing); "port-a-cath surgery", start date: Oct2013 (unspecified if ongoing); "port-a-cath surgery", start date: May2014 (unspecified if ongoing). There were no concomitant medications. Vaccination history included: BNT162b2 (Dose: 2nd, Anatomical Site of injection: Left arm, Route of administration: Intramuscular (checked), Batch/Lot number: Pfizer ER8734), administration date: 07Apr2021, when the patient was 29-year-old, for COVID-19 immunization; BNT162b2 (Dose: 1st, Anatomical Site of injection: Left arm, Route of administration: Intramuscular (checked), Batch/Lot number: Pfizer EN6207), administration date: 11Mar2021, when the patient was 29-year-old, for COVID-19 immunization. COVID 19 Treatment; COVID 19 Treatment; This is a spontaneous report received from a contactable reporter(s) (Consumer or other non HCP). The reporter is the patient. A 30-year-old female patient (not pregnant) received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2), on 11Mar2021 as dose 1, single (Lot number: EN6207), in left arm, on 07Apr2021 as dose 2, single (Lot number: ER8734), in left arm and on 16Dec2021 as dose 3 (booster) single (Lot number: 7J8762) at the age of 29 years, in left arm for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history included: "Hodgkin's lymphoma", start date: Oct2013, stop date: Apr2014, notes: Hodgkin's Lymphoma - diagnosis Oct2013, complete remission as of Apr2014 - no known relapse; "Allergy" (unspecified if ongoing); "cold" (unspecified if ongoing). Concomitant medication(s) included: ALLEGRA taken for hypersensitivity, start date: 01Aug2015; NYQUIL taken for nasopharyngitis, start date: 12May2022, stop date: 13May2022. The following information was reported: VACCINATION FAILURE (medically significant), COVID-19 (medically significant), outcome "unknown" and all described as "COVID 19 Treatment". Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of vaccination failure, covid-19. Clinical course: The patient received treatment anti-viral Product Brand Pfizer Paxlovid, Treatment start date- 14May2022, Lot number- GA5120, Indication- Treatment of COVID-19. About 30 minutes after taking first dose, patient experienced a bitter taste in mouth/on tongue that has not gone away with eating or drinking. It tastes similar to the bitterness of BC Powder. It is not unmanageable, and she will continue taking the medication even if she continue to experience this AE.
