A 63-year-old female patient (not pregnant) received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2), on 11Mar2021 as dose 1, single (Lot number: EN6204), in left arm, on 01Apr2021 as dose 2, single (Lot number: ER8733), in left arm and on 30Nov2021 as dose 3 (booster), single (Lot number: F78762) at the age of 62 years for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history included: "high blood pressure" (unspecified if ongoing); "high cholesterol" (unspecified if ongoing). Concomitant medication(s) included: CHLORTHALIDONE, start date: Jan2019; LISINOPRIL, start date: Jan2019; ATORVASTATIN, start date: Jan2019.
