Symptomtext
I had vaccination on 06/20/2022. I had a dry cough 07/2022 and was diagnosed with Chronic Bronchitis and Pneumonia. I was given an Albuterol Inhaler. On 09/06/2022 I was feeling congested bad sore throat and felt like laryngitis. I would cough but nothing would produce and I felt tired. I went home and slept but felt like I was having a hard time breathing on my right side. I went to patient care on 09/07/2022 and they tested me for COVID-19 and it was positive.
