An 83-year-old male patient received BNT162b2, BNT162b2 omi ba.4-5 (BNT162B2, BNT162B2 OMI BA.4-5), on 17Nov2022 as dose 4 (booster), single (Lot number: 633275) at the age of 83 years, in arm for covid-19 immunisation. The patient had no relevant medical history. There were no concomitant medications. Vaccination history included: BNT162b2 (First Dose of the Pfizer Covid Vaccine,, Lot Number: EL3249.), administration date: 08Jan2021, when the patient was 81-year-old, for Covid-19 immunization; BNT162b2 (Second Dose of the Pfizer Covid Vaccine,, Lot Number: EN6200.), administration date: 18Feb2021, when the patient was 81-year-old, for Covid-19 immunization; BNT162b2 (Third Dose of the Pfizer Covid Vaccine,, Lot Number: FF2391 or FF2390 per the caller.), administration date: 18Oct2021, when the patient was 81-year-old, for Covid-19 immunization. Her husband has confusion and was not being able to things by himself after receiving the shot. Her husband doesn't have appetite as well after receiving the vaccine. Caller states that she was calling about the Pfizer Product: Covid Vaccine Booster shot. Caller states that her husband had this vaccine on 11Nov2022 and on 22Nov2022 per the caller, he started shaking. The next day he had a fever, and they took him in and found he had a bladder infection. Caller states that since her husband had the issue with the shaking, he has been very confused. She has to do everything for him. He used to do his own pills and do everything for himself, and now she was having to be his caregiver. States he cannot get in the shower. She asked him to go to the freezer in the basement and he was so confused, he doesn't know what she meant. Caller states that her husband had a CT scan that showed he has not had a stroke. No prior Vaccinations (within 4 weeks).
