Symptomtext

Onset of anxiety, depression, loss of appetite started approximately on 11/2/2022. Weight loss began approximately on 11/16/2022 and accelerated throughout the next four months for a total of 25 pounds. Shoulder pain and weakness (both) started early January and became worse to the point that patient cannot raise his right arm above his waist. Left shoulder remains painful. Right shoulder has considerable muscle atrophy. Has had four weeks of physical therapy resulting in no improvement. MRI on right shoulder at Medical Center on 2/14/2023. Has appointment with orthopedic surgeon on 2/23/2023.

I had my vaccination on 10/14/2022. On 03/26/2023 I had hoarse voice but not painful. On 03/27/2023 I had a sore throat headache flu like symptoms fever chills. I tested COVID-19 Positive on 03/27/2023. I called my physician on 03/28/2023 and asked if I turned down the Paxlovid prescription. I still have fatigue with continuous cough on 04/17/2023.

COVID 19 Treatment; COVID 19 Treatment; This is a spontaneous report received from contactable reporter(s) (Nurse). The reporter is the patient. A 54-year-old female patient (not pregnant) received BNT162b2, BNT162b2 omi ba.4-5 (BNT162B2, BNT162B2 OMI BA.4-5), on 27Oct2022 as dose 5 (booster) single (Lot number: CJ3275) at the age of 54 years, in left arm for covid-19 immunisation; BNT162b2 (BNT162B2), on 17Jun2022 as dose 4 (booster), single (Lot number: FM0173), in right arm for covid-19 immunisation; COVID-19 vaccine (COVID-19 VACCINE), as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown), as dose 2, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) and as dose 3 (booster), single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history included: "Hypothyroidism" (unspecified if ongoing); "GERD" (unspecified if ongoing); "Osteoarthritis" (unspecified if ongoing); "Trigeminal Neuralgia" (unspecified if ongoing); "Depression" (unspecified if ongoing); "Chronic Pain" (unspecified if ongoing). The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: DRUG INEFFECTIVE (medically significant), COVID-19 (medically significant) all with onset Jan2023, outcome "unknown" and all described as "COVID 19 Treatment".
