"Pain and weakness" in left bicept which gets better with movement; "weakness and stiffness" to both leg/calf muscles; "clicking" feeling to tendon/muscles in left leg and achilles tendons are tender. Symptoms are intermittent and he reports that they are all improving over the last 4 months. It should be noted that he had an inlfuenza vaccine that same day.
