No additional AEs; The patient was administered an expired dose of PROQUAD; This spontaneous report has been received from a medical assistant, referring to a patient of unknown age and gender. The patient's concurrent conditions, medical history, concomitant therapies and drug reactions/allergies were not reported. On 05-DEC-2022, the patient was administered an expired dose of measles, mumps, rubella and varicella (oka-merck) virus vaccine live, recombinant Human albumin (rHA) (PROQUAD) injection (lot# L032757 has been verified to be a valid lot number, expiration date not reported, but upon internal validation established as 24-FEB-2017; strength, dose, and route of administration were not provided) for prophylaxis (Expired product administered). No additional adverse events were reported. The outcome of the event was unknown.
